Every watch is inspected before dispatch and is covered by our 2-year Luxyron warranty against manufacturing defects.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Earnizor Limited is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed securely through encrypted channels. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is handled in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

• Delivery: within 4–7 business days after dispatch

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start your return, and send the item back within 14 days of telling us
• Please return the watch unworn, with its box, tags and accessories where possible
• If the watch has been worn or damaged beyond normal handling, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value
• Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty

We refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (usually within 5–7 business days), including the original standard delivery charge. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for full details.
